So... what is bytesnbio.ai?

We combine computer processing with biology in tailor made bioinformatic analysis, services and softwares. The name "bytesnbio" comes from the unit "byte" which is the unit we use to measure speed of processing and storage in computers, "n" is "and", and - yes, you guessed it - "bio" is short for biology.

Listing of many modified sequences can be a time consuming and costly process. We developed a software for converting large lists of modified oligonucleotides or peptides into XML-format -according to WIPO ST.26 guidelines. We offer this sequence listing as a service. However, we are working on a licensable software solution, so that you can make your own XML-files soon.


If you already know that you will be needing sequence listings in the future. Then you can speed up the process by sending us your sequence annotations coupled with the chemical names. In this way we can prepare the software to your specific patent application and provide the XML-files on demand. We keep your data safe with encrypted and secure file exchange.
